BUILD YOUR OWN RED SPECIAL
Although the first Red Special replica that I build was a nice guitar, at some moment I felt it was a shame that it was not close enough to the original on many points.

With my experience gained I decided to start building a new copy that however, would be very close to the original. The guitar has the same 61cm scale, 24 frets, knife edge tremolo, hollow sound chambers, tri-sonic elements, identical electronics, bindings …………..!
The starting point:
Some pieces of wood that in the end become a great guitar.
It took some time!
I started in September 2005 with the construction.

Below you can follow the construction process and admire the end result. In March 2007 the guitar was ready.

You can exactly see how this guitar slowly came alive and how much work there is to build a guitar.
